BRIDGE

From the series East/Ouest. East/Ouest was inspired by Japanese Ukiyo-e prints as well as Italian Renaissance paintings and frescoes. In Bridge I was particularly interested in the juxtoposition of the rounded, fuller forms of the figures and their clothes with the space in which they are placed.
